Your privacy, our responsibility.

At Rukn, your privacy isn't just a policy checkbox — it's something we take personally. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and payment details. We also collect technical data about your device and browsing session — things like your IP address and browser type — to keep Rukn running smoothly and securely.
How we use it
Your information is used to process and deliver your order, send you order confirmations and updates, improve your shopping experience, and reach out if we need to follow up on a purchase. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We work with trusted service providers to operate Rukn — including our payment and logistics partners. These providers only receive the data they need to do their job, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also share data when required by Egyptian law or legal process.
Cookies & analytics
Our site uses cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use Rukn. We use analytics tools to track aggregate behavior — no personally identifiable data is sold or shared for advertising purposes without your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting processing already carried out. We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as Egyptian law requires. To exercise these rights, write to us at support@rukn-egypt.com, or call or message us on +20 101 629 2296 (WhatsApp). If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent Egyptian data protection authority.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with disputes resolved in the courts of Cairo.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be announced on the site, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect them.
