We deliver your orders through our shipping partner ShipBlu, who we rely on for the details of getting your order to you. Here's everything you need to know about how it reaches your door.
Delivery attempts
Our courier makes up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If an attempt is missed, they'll try again on another business day. To help it arrive first time, please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable and your address is clear.
If the order isn't received
If all 3 attempts pass and the order still isn't received, it comes back to us. If that happens, just reach out and we'll arrange to get it to you again. If you already know you won't be around, let us know in advance so it doesn't have to make the trip back.
Before you receive it
Your order arrives complete, exactly as you placed it. You can't choose between, inspect, or open items before receiving and paying for the order — receive it first, then take a look.
After you receive it
Once the order is in your hands, open it and check everything over. If anything's wrong — something missing, damaged, or not what you ordered — tell us straight away and we'll review it and make it right. You can also request a refund from the order page within 3 days of delivery (see our Returns & Exchanges page).
