Cancelling an order
Changed your mind early? You can cancel an order yourself, right from its order page, within the first hour of placing it — as long as it hasn't gone out for delivery or pickup yet. There's nothing else to do, and the stock is released automatically.
Requesting a refund after delivery
Once your order has arrived, if something isn't right, open the order page and request a refund within 3 days of delivery. We'll ask you to describe the issue, attach a photo and a short video, and add the Instapay handle we should send the refund to. Items are best kept unused and in their original packaging. None of this removes any rights you have under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered — we're genuinely sorry. Request a refund from the order page within 3 days of delivery with your photo and video, and a real person on our team will review it and reach out to make it right. In these cases we cover the return shipping in full, and there are no restocking fees.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons — including personal care and hygiene products, and anything that has been opened or unsealed. This will be noted on the individual product page where applicable.
