Who we are
Rukn is an Egyptian e-commerce platform that delivers authentic products from Cairo's street shops to your door. The site operates under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Orders & pricing
By completing an order, you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate and complete. Rukn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time — for example if there's a payment issue or incomplete details. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order is the final price you pay.
Products & availability
We do our best to represent products accurately through photos and descriptions, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Quantities are limited and subject to availability. If something you've ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll reach out to you promptly.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, debit & credit cards, and mobile wallets. Card and wallet payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers, and Rukn does not store your card data on our servers. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Returns & refunds
If an item arrives damaged or wrong, you can request a refund within 3 days of delivery with a photo and video. The full process — conditions, refund method, and excluded items — is set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Acceptable use
This site is for lawful personal use only. You may not use Rukn for any illegal purpose, attempt to interfere with any system on the site, or infringe our intellectual property or that of others.
Limitation of liability
Rukn is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.
Intellectual property
All content on Rukn — images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Rukn or our suppliers. It may not be copied or distributed without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
Rukn reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with disputes resolved in the courts of Cairo.
